We often describe Axian’s culture as a “connected community.” For example, a group of Axian employees and some of their families gathered to volunteer for the Oregon Food Bank. Together with other volunteers we bagged and boxed over five thousand pounds of food, enough for over four thousand meals. Tyler Holmes, Axian’s Software Practice Leader, organized this event to connect our Axian community to the larger community in which we live and work. Spirits were high with lots of positive energy knowing we were helping others while enjoying each other’s humor and the banter back and forth.
